Resolve every wage-type to its counterpart.

The mapping registry resolves source codes to SAP wage-types. Unmapped codes don't disappear — they become their own classification (MAPPING_GAP) so nothing slips through.

The Rule Network fires in order: EXACT_MATCH (29,754) short-circuits first. Then MATERIAL_VARIANCE, MISSING_IN_TARGET, CALCULATION_METHOD, ORDER_OF_MAGNITUDE… every row lands somewhere concrete.

Known-differences are whitelisted. Per-rule ±$ and ±% gates suppress float-rounding chatter. You're left with the real variances that need a human eye — typically 1-2% of the total.
